For general questions about how the tool works, feedback, or suggestions, use the contact form below. Messages go directly to the person who builds and maintains the site.

Reporting a technical issue

If a file fails to analyze, a result looks wrong, or something on the site isn't working as expected, please describe the issue via the contact form. Where possible, include the audio format involved (for example, MP3, FLAC, or WAV) and what you expected to see  this is the fastest way to help track down and fix a bug. Technical issues can also be reported directly as an issue on the project's GitHub repository.

Privacy and data requests

If you have a question about your data, want to know what information is held about you, or wish to exercise a privacy right described in the Privacy Policy, please say so clearly in your message via the contact form so it can be handled promptly. Because uploaded audio files are deleted immediately after analysis and no accounts are created, there is typically very little stored data associated with any individual visitor.
